Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Fees collected will not be refunded. Students who withdraw from the school during the month will not be given refund. The fees will be forfeited and is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, Shining Star Preschool will take the final call for Refund in Special Cases.

• Any cancellation of the class by management of Shining Star Preschool will be informed through Oodlins or WhatsApp.

• Admissions will not be confirmed until registration is complete and fee is received in full.

• Shining Star Preschool reserves the right to cancel any admission due to insufficient enrolment. Shining Star Preschool is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the Parent / Guardian / Student if the admission is cancelled.

• No refund or reduction will be made for non-attendance due to any reasons; not limited only to vacation, special travelling plans, migration, parent on maternity leave and/or children’s sick leaves. No replacement classes will be given.

• It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with this refund policy.

• We reserve the right to reject any cancellation, refund that deemed unfit or unreasonable.

• The security deposit is eligible for a full refund, contingent upon the submission of a formal notice of withdrawal at least one month in advance of the intended date of departure from the school.
